Alan Barrett

Alan Barrett is a freelance actor and writer, poet and storyteller.

He offers workshops in all those disciplines, as well as performance and recital. He tries to follow the national curriculum with regard to literacy, but this also transcends the boundaries of other subjects.

Essentially the workshops he offers assist with the necessary skills in drama and creative writing, but more importantly they encourage all participants to believe in themselves and so raise self esteem, which in turn (hopefully) engenders greater self expression.

He is happy to work with all ages, including adults, those with special needs and those suffering mental illness.
